Returns Policy

How To Make A Return

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, we have several options for you to return your goods for a refund.

Postage

You must pay to return any goods you have bought from us, and this must be a tracked service. We recoomend Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Signed For as the cheapest and most reliable service. If you like, we can provide a link for you to print a pre-paid label. We will then deduct £3.50 from your refund when we receive it back.

Unopened Goods

You can return any unwanted goods within 14 days of receiving them (sometimes longer at our discretion) for a full refund, minus your original postage. If postage was free, we will deduct £3.50 as a minimal charge for your outgoing order.

Opened Goods

Year to love it

Global Healing offer a 'Year To Love It' refund policy. As such, we also offer this service, with some exceptions, which are listed below.

We will not refund multiple items (unless bought in a cleanse kit) per order. In other words, we will not accept someone buying 3 or 4 items, trying them all at once, then requesting a refund for all 4 items saying they dont like them. We are offering this service as an extension to your refund rights at our discretion, to allow you to try a product and if it doesnt work as you think it should, return it for a refund. We retain the right to refuse your return if we feel this offer is being abused in any way. 

1. The used item/s must be returned to us before we can issue a refund.

2. You will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee. This is to cover our costs for picking, packing and shipping the goods to you, as well as unpacking the return, checking the contents and disposing of the opened items.

3. You may only return 1 of each product range, per account, per address. 

4. You must request a return using the Request A Return option within your account page. No returns will be accepted or refunded without being approved first

To request a return, please click on the 'My Returns' link from within your account page, then select the order from the list, and then select the product/s to return, and follow the instructions
